Brian T. Kelly,    Managing Director
With over 15 years of management consulting experience, Brian founded ThinkFast Solutions in an effort to bring top notch, seasoned consulting veterans to clients across the globe.

Prior to starting the firm, Brian's career was spread evenly across Oracle Corporation, Ernst & Young, LLP, and most recently Starpoint Solutions.  While at these organizations, he successfully advised over 50 of the Fortune 1000 clients, and was awarded several promotions along the way - Brian began his career as a developer at Oracle and has since held titles of Sr. Manager and Vice President.  He has built a track record of surpassing client expectations for large-scale, enterprise wide initiatives, both in the US and abroad.

Brian holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Finance from Fairfield University, Fairfield CT.

Chuck Hawk,     Managing Director

Chuck has had a 30 year career predominantly specializing in Financial Markets. He has held positions of leadership at broker/dealers and consulting firms in New York, London, Hong Kong and Latin America. Chuck has particular expertise around securities processing, financial control and regulatory compliance.

Holding positions of CFO and COO at various broker dealers, Chuck has been responsible for opening new regulated companies in over 10 countries. He has managed new product development, systems selection and implementation and maintaining rigorous control and compliance environments.

As Deputy Chairman of m.a. partners, Chuck was part of a team that built a global consulting firm of over 150 professionals delivering expert advice to the largest global investment banks. m.a. partners was sold in 2006 to a UK listed company.

Chuck has served on the Board of several companies. His financial and managerial background assisted these companies in meeting aggressive growth targets, managing compensation issues and retaining key staff.

Chuck holds a B.S. in accounting and finance from Lehigh University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
