Brian T. Kelly,    Partner
With over 15 years of management consulting experience, Brian founded ThinkFast Solutions in an effort to bring top notch, seasoned consulting veterans to clients across the globe.

Prior to starting the firm, Brian's career was spread evenly across Oracle Corporation, Ernst & Young, LLP, and most recently Starpoint Solutions.  While at these organizations, he successfully advised over 50 of the Fortune 1000 clients, and was awarded several promotions along the way - Brian began his career as a developer at Oracle and has since held titles of Sr. Manager and Vice President.  He has built a track record of surpassing client expectations for large-scale, enterprise wide initiatives, both in the US and abroad.

Brian holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Finance from Fairfield University, Fairfield CT.

James P. Slattery, Jr.,     Partner

An entrepreneurial executive with a proven 20 year track record creating, delivering and maximizing shareholder value in global concerns, Jim Slattery is responsible for Strategy and Business Development at ThinkFast Solutions.

Prior to joining the ThinkFast team, Jim founded the ECHO Broadband Group, a broadband communications project delivery company with wireless and fixed network delivery operations in France, Germany, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Singapore and the United States. As the group’s President and Chief Executive Officer, Jim was responsible for the organic growth of the concern from 1 to 300 professionals and annualized revenues of $50M Euros in a 3 year period.

 

More recently, Jim developed a closely held portfolio of real estate service companies with operations in property acquisition and management, mortgage origination, and agency title insurance services in the commercial and residential markets of the United States. Portfolio brands include Strategic Property Management Associates, The Mortgage Capital Group and Precision Land Services.

In previous positions, Jim served as a Senior Project Director for CH2M HILL, a full service consulting, construction and operations concern with 23,000 employees and annual revenues in excess of $5Billion. Jim successfully managed the delivery of multi million dollar infrastructure projects in the telecommunications, semiconductor, water, wastewater and power cogeneration markets in the private and public sectors of the global marketplace.

Jim currently serves on the Board of Directors of Able to Aviation, the first not for profit flight school offering free flying lessons to the physically disabled.  Jim has served on the Board of Directors of Broadtel Inc., ECHO Broadband (Singapore) Pte. Ltd., and CH2M HILL Malaysia Sdn. Bhd..  Jim obtained his Master of Science and BS in Civil Engineering from Marquette University, Milwaukee WI.

Christopher M. McFadden,    Principal, Strategy Solutions
Bringing nearly 15 years of experience as a senior strategy consultant, Chris McFadden joins ThinkFast Solutions with a commitment to delivering our capability of expert, strategic analysis and support to create unparalleled momentum for senior management teams.  From his experience Chris believes that companies are seeking consulting relationships that can go beyond project deliverables.  With this in mind, he is committed to building off the base standard of  world-class consulting skills that clients expect from large strategy firms to deliver results that clients require. 
 
Chris began his consulting career with Monitor Group and was a senior manager, serving clients in both the U.S. and European practices.  He has also served clients as a senior manager with the Boston Consulting Group, prior to working with clients directly as an independent, senior advisor focused on helping clients identify and address their most pressing issues.
 
In his consulting career, Chris has worked in over a dozen different major industries and has managed over 50 engagements in both the United States and Europe. His consulting track record is as diverse, as it is impactful.  From leading the turnaround of manufacturing operations for an international aerospace company to developing a growth strategy for a major retailing chain, Chris has been part of helping improve company performance, profitability and organizational effectiveness.  
 
Chris was educated at Dartmouth College (B.A., Economics), Hanover, NH and Harvard Business School, Boston, MA.

Hugh J. Kelly,    Chief Financial Officer
Prior to joining the firm, Hugh held the title of Chief Financial Officer for a $200MM international beverage company with US Headquarters located in Stamford, CT. In this role, he oversaw all accounting and treasury functions, and set the firm's capital strategy. Hugh has also spent time as a consultant to various mid-size and start-up companies that needed a shared services approach to their accounting function.

An industry veteran with over 25 years of progressive financial management experience, Hugh provides the stewardship for all of ThinkFast's "back-office" operations, and is the architect of an innovative cash management strategy that has had a positive impact on net income.

Hugh has been a Trumbull resident for 23 years, and enjoys spending time with his wife and grandchildren.

Clive W. Greaves

An Englishman who has spent most of his professional career in the U.S., Clive brings a multitude of leadership experience to our team.  He has held senior executive positions in a variety of fields, including that of CEO of an international consumer package goods company.  Clive has successfully driven large scale reorganizations and has led publicly traded companies through various mergers and acquisitions.  

A member of the Chartered Accountants of Scotland, Clive's hobbies include golf, which, to use his own words, "I now talk a better game than I play".




Paul P. Gulbin

A Director at PriceWaterhouse Coopers, LLP, Paul brings to the table over 18 years of progressive experience in management consulting.  He provides subject matter expertise in the areas of supply chain and leading edge technologies.  Paul holds a Masters with a concentration in Operations and Technology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and has leveraged this knowledge to help many of the world's leading enterprises to realize efficiencies, resulting in multi-million dollar positive impacts to EBITDA.  

Prior to joining PWC, Paul has held executive positions with Ernst & Young, eNamics, and Vanstar Corporation.  


Kathleen A. Stachura

A successful sports journalist, Kathy provides advisory services to our management team in the area of sales and marketing. Her experience includes over 10 years of service at Golf Digest magazine, where she held the title Chief of Research.

Recent additions to her family have provided the opportunity for Kathy to resign from her full time professional career, although her expertise is still relied on by her colleagues at Golf Digest, and she now serves them in the capacity of freelance consultant for special projects.
